2. About our products

Zenith Books sells digital eBooks (EPUB and PDF format) only. We do not ship physical goods. All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

3. Payments

Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers. Orders are confirmed automatically once payment is successfully processed.

4. Digital delivery & license

Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your purchased eBook. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read the eBook for your own use. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the file is not permitted.

5. Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or was not delivered, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Refunds are not available once a file has been successfully downloaded and read in full.

6. Intellectual property

All book content, cover artwork, and site content remain the property of their respective authors and Zenith Books. Nothing on this site may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Zenith Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
